The group released the digital single “BiiiG” at 6 p.m. KST on August 19, 2026, then held the first shows of its world tour at Goyang Stadium from August 21 to 23, just two days later.
A New Song After 4 Years and 4 Months
“BiiiG” is BIGBANG’s first new song in approximately four years and four months since “Still Life,” released in April 2022. YG Entertainment described the track as the clearest representation of BIGBANG’s present as the group marks its 20th debut anniversary. The official YGEX discography lists “BiiiG” as a one-track digital single released on August 19, 2026.

First Group World Tour in Nine Years Begins in Goyang
The official tour title is “BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR < XX : COSMOS >.” The tour was introduced as BIGBANG’s first group-only world tour in nine years, following 2017’s “LAST DANCE.” The Goyang leg consisted of three shows, and Yonhap News Agency reported that the performances opened the tour and included the first live performance of “BiiiG.”
The group members participating in this tour are G-DRAGON, TAEYANG, and DAESUNG. YG Entertainment announced that the tour would continue through February 2027, spanning 19 cities and 33 shows in total. The official schedule includes Auckland, East Rutherford, Paris, London, Taipei, Singapore, Hanoi, Sydney, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and major dome shows in Japan after Goyang.

YG Entertainment explained that “XX” in the tour title represents BIGBANG’s 20 years since debut, while “COSMOS” symbolizes the connection between the past, present, future, and fans. The official tour page marks all three Goyang shows as sold out.
