The Disney+ release date for Toy Story 5 has been confirmed as September 23, 2026. The date appears on the official Korean Disney+ content page and is therefore presented as the release schedule currently available for the service in South Korea. An official Disney Spain press release also announces an exclusive Disney+ release on the same date.

The Schedule from Theatrical Release to Disney+ Streaming

The theatrical release date is June 19, 2026. This date is listed on Disney’s official film page and in an official Pixar YouTube video. However, no official basis was found to conclude that this is the South Korean theatrical release date. What can currently be confirmed is that theatrical release and the subsequent Disney+ release dates have been presented separately.

The Korean Disney+ page lists the film’s genres as adventure, action, comedy, and animation, and its rating as suitable for all audiences. No release time is provided on the page, and regional catalogs and service conditions may vary according to Disney+ policies.

A New Character Meets Woody, Buzz, and the Gang

According to the official Disney+ synopsis, Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and the rest of the group encounter Lilypad, a new tablet character who appears for Bonnie. Andrew Stanton is directing, and the Korean Disney+ page lists Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Greta Lee, Conan O’Brien, and Tony Hale among the cast.

Official Pixar materials list Kenna Harris as co-director and Lindsey Collins and Jessica Choi as producers. The key schedule currently confirmed is therefore a theatrical release on June 19 and a Disney+ release on September 23. The South Korean theatrical release date and release time still require separate official confirmation.
