The producer and official ticketing outlets announced that the fifth general sale for the Korean premiere of the Frozen musical will begin at 2 PM on Thursday, October 29, 2026. The sale covers performances from the year-end period through early 2027. Families should first check which ticketing options they can use, then compare performance times by date with the admission requirements for any children attending.
The fifth sale covers performances from Dec. 8, 2026, to Jan. 3, 2027
The ticket release covers performances from December 8, 2026, through January 3, 2027. Because this release includes dates across both the end of the year and the start of the new year, even audiences focused on a particular date should check which performance and time they want within that period. General-sale buyers may purchase up to four tickets per person, per performance. The limit applies to each performance, not to the date as a whole.

The Korean premiere runs at Charlotte Theater from August 13, 2026, through March 1, 2027. This ticket release covers the year-end and early-year portion of the full run. Keeping the overall run separate from the dates included in this sale can help avoid mistaking other performances for ones available in this release.
MON newsletter presale has different seat and ticket limits
The presale, which opens before the general sale, is for MON newsletter subscribers. It runs from noon on October 28 until 9 AM on October 29 and allows up to two tickets per person for selected VIP and R seats. Both eligibility and the range of seats are limited.
The general sale starts at 2 PM on October 29, with a limit of up to four tickets per person, per performance.
Holiday performance times and performances with some seats closed in advance
During the sale period, performances on December 25 and January 1, 2027, are scheduled for 2 PM and 7 PM. On December 30, performances are scheduled for 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM. When there are two performances on the same date, their start times differ, so audiences can check which one fits their family’s schedule.
NOL Ticket listed December 8, 10, 11, 12, 16, 18, 19, 20, and 23; December 31; and January 3, 2027, as performances where some seats had been closed to sale in advance because of group sales. The notice refers to some seats on those dates. It does not mean that every seat, or every performance on those dates, is sold out. Anyone considering one of these dates should check remaining availability for the specific performance.
Check children’s admission requirements and when date-specific casting is announced
Admission is for ages 8 and up, and the show runs 135 minutes, including a 20-minute intermission. When attending with children, check the age requirement first, then consider whether the selected start time and total running time fit your family’s schedule.
The official cast page lists Jung Sun-ah, Jung Yoo-ji, and Min Kyung-ah as Elsa, and Park Jin-joo, Hong Geum-bi, and Choi Ji-hye as Anna, among others. However, the cast list and the schedule of performers by date are separate pieces of information. The producer said that date-specific casting schedules and detailed ticketing information, including discounts, would be available on the detailed page on the day of the sale. If you are choosing a performance based on a particular actor, check that date’s schedule on the detailed page on sale day rather than relying on the cast list alone.
